Tea is an aromatic beverage prepared by pouring hot or boiling water over an evergreen shrub or plant. The tea-making culture has a rich history native to China and East Asia as both the elderly and young appreciate its value.

Numerous studies have shown that various teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease. It can also help to keep the body in good shape and wellness. 

The benefits of tea are numerous as it helps reduce the impact of stress, protecting us from every chronic disease, life-threatening infections and diseases. The impact of tea in strengthening the immune system and fighting cholesterol cannot be underestimated in human life.
