The mind is one of the greatest assets in the human body. It controls our sense of being.  It connects us to several frequencies of life and transfers energy through our thoughts.

What are thoughts?

Thoughts are subtle and invisible but they can affect reality. They are powerful enough to affect your mindset. Ever heard the saying ‘you are a product of what you consume’?  it means that you become what you feed your thoughts on. The power of negativity and positivity lies in the mind that’s why it is very important to pay more attention to the emotions you surround yourself with.

Thoughts are like a video that plays on the screen of your mind. What you play there, determines the kind of life you live and the experiences you meet. Every day we get lots of emotions rushing through our veins but it’s our choice to determine the ones we choose to listen to and exhibit.

Training the mind isn’t always an easy task because it takes a lot of effort to shaping one’s mental perspective and thinking. You can train and strengthen this power. You can use it to make changes in your life, and you can also influence other people’s minds.

Your mind power plays an important role in creative visualization and the law of attraction.

Thoughts are like seeds. They have a natural tendency to grow and manifest in your life if you feed them with your attention. Your attention and interest determine the word you meditate on.  If you show a lack of interest in a certain thought, the less likely it will have a stronghold in your life.

We all need to be careful about what goes through our subconscious mind as it influences our actions. One of the best ways to tame the mind is to channel one’s energy into focusing on one’s dreams and goals because powerful thoughts affect our life and the one’s around us.
