Already just got used to Zumba classes? Well its time to build a bridge and move on…2014 is all about SH’BAM! This is a 1 hour fitness session which will most definitely have you smiling and laughing through out. And to top it off it promises to burn up to 500 calories a session!
SH’BAM comprises itself of a 15 minute warm up with a 45 minute dance-fitness class and a few minutes stretching at the end to warm down. What makes it differ from Zumba is through out the class you are dancing to chart, hip hop and dance music as apposed to Latin style music in a Zumba classes.
SH’BAM is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star — even if you’re dance challenged. As their slogan says “Come as you are, Leave as a star” 🙂
