Disney fans around the world rejoice as yet another remake of a beloved original is hitting our screens on May 24th. This time it’s Aladdin’s turn to enjoy the limelight and take you on a whole new world in their live-action adaption. It’s been a long time coming as the animated version debuted back in 1992. Will Smith has been cast as the Genie, while British actress Naomi Scott will be playing the part of Princess Jasmine. The official trailer was released on March 12th, if you haven’t seen it already check out the video below.

Just one day after the trailer’s debut, MAC Cosmetics announced the launch of their latest Disney collaboration with Aladdin. In their Instagram caption MAC stated,
“Your wish, our command! Manifest your magic with The Disney Aladdin Collection by M·A·C. Launching this May, this wish-fulfilling collaboration highlights the self-determination and confidence of Princess Jasmine in the upcoming live-action adaptation of Disney’s animated classic, Aladdin”
The collaboration is set to include a deep red lipstick, a bronzer so you can emulate that Jasmine complexion and a nine quad eyeshadow palette. The collection will launch on May 1st and like all Disney collabs with the cosmetic brand it’s limited edition so be sure to nab yourself a piece of the collection before it’s too late!
