The Importance of maintaining good mental health has become even more important due to the pandemic and the effects of quarantine on our psychological well being. According to a report by the World Economic Forum, 2.6 billion people – which makes up for one-third of the world population, are living under some form of lockdown or quarantine. The absence of outdoor activities and ways of life as known by these people at the long term can cause some sort of psychological distress., this includes those on lockdown and the frontline workers especially the medical staffs that are put under pressure during this period.
Thus, there is a need for us to build a community that can help people maintain a healthy mental space despite the impact of the pandemic on our lives.
