This week, the Circular interviewed Sarah O’Reilly.

Sarah is the owner and head instructor of Fierce Pole Fitness Dublin, a pole dance studio located in Harold’s Cross Rd. in Dublin city.

Pole Dancing is a type of exercise that combines acrobatics, gymnastics and dance.

Interesting fact, apart from the fun factor that Pole Dance gives, it has been estimated that beginner pole fitness dancers can lose between 300 and 400 calories per hour!
