All thanks to COVID 19 millions of people around the world are adjusting to life indoors, everything has gone digital all of a sudden and social distancing the order of the day. For work out enthusiasts having gyms and fitness facilities closed can add extra pressure.

However, while your preferred exercise class or wellness Centre may be temporarily closed down or you probably don’t feel good going, that doesn’t mean you should give up on sweating. Actually, working out may be the most ideal way you can take a break while you’re self-isolated.

Exercise can be a great tool in keeping the mind occupied as well as help the immune system in a few ways. Studies have shown that work out flushes bacteria from our lungs and airways, increases our white blood cell circulation and helps raise our body temperature all of which can help our bodies fight infection (Covid19) better.

Aside these benefits workout is also a great stress coping tool, it helps us stay physically and mentally fit, continuing to exercise and maintaining a routine is extremely important especially during these uncertain times.

Thanks to technology fitness and wellness can still be achieved from the comfort of our homes, at-home workouts are more accessible than ever, from thousands of free apps that can be downloaded to our favorite gym instructors still holding virtual classes online, with live streams having people all over the world connected at the same time.

There are loads of amazing gym coaches and work out enthusiasts who put out content on social media,  one can easily follow the guidance and sweat it out along with the pros. Here are a few of my favorite go-to workout instructors on social media.
