Quarantine has been a really stressful time for so many people, but I always find baking is a great way to relieve stress and escape the madness going on around me.

You will need:
- 85g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 300g Sugar
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 200g Chocolate (chopped)
- 250g Butter (melted)
- 4 Eggs
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
- Transfer to a greased and lined baking tray and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- After baking, allow to cool in the tray before cutting into slices and transferring to a wire rack.
