Quarantine has been a really stressful time for so many people, but I always find baking is a great way to relieve stress and escape the madness going on around me.

Brownie Recipe

You will need:

  • 85g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 300g Sugar
  • 50g Cocoa Powder
  • 200g Chocolate (chopped)
  • 250g Butter (melted)
  • 4 Eggs

Method:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Transfer to a greased and lined baking tray and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
  4. After baking, allow to cool in the tray before cutting into slices and transferring to a wire rack.
