Remember your first kiss, graduation, that awkward situation you were once in that you look back now and it brings a huge smile on your face, the new job, adventures you went on and maybe those non-verbal and verbal communications skills all our parents had that just always had a way of setting us straight. All these have become happy memories we cherish forever.

We live in unsettling times and sharing your happy memories might just be what another person needs to brighten up their day. Memories are meant to be shared to give our friends a glimpse into who we were before the glitz and glamour and they also make us realise we have much more in common than we ever imagined.

By telling a sad or difficult story – perhaps a fond memory of someone we have lost, an embarrassing story, an adventure  Turn the memory into a story by giving it a beginning, middle, and end because that how some of the best fairy tales we have known and loved were created.

Ever wondered how relatable some videos of comedians re-enacting scenes from their childhood or past experience brings out fun memories of yours?   Many things we see on social media often gives us flashes from our past.

We all have a story to tell but maybe not the right platform to do such.

I remember when is a Facebook group recently created to give people the platform to share memories and be their own authors in telling their own stories. why not be that person that would put a smile on someone’s face when they read your story, be that person that recounts an adventure and makes someone else look forward to having such experience.

The message is positive vibes an escape from the uncertainty of life. If it makes you happy why not share it.

Think this is a community you might want to belong to, then join this facebook family and tell your own story.
