Although science believes that there are 8 stages to growth in a person, three of those stages are more profound.

However, innocence could give way to uncertainty as people negotiate the turbulent waters of adolescence, and the terrain of their experiences changes significantly. As attempt to find their position in a world that is constantly changing, people struggle with their newly acquired responsibilities and the complexity of identity.
Childhood
The foundation for many facets of physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development is laid during the crucial childhood years of human development. Many investigations into various facets of childhood have been conducted over the years, giving light to its complexity and importance.
This period is usually the essential to the development of the brain. Adolescence

Adulthood
People experience a multitude of chances and difficulties that mold their lives as they move from adolescence to adulthood.
Adulthood can be seen as the time of pursuing our passions and goals that colors individual experiences. People engage in pursuits and passions that feed their spirits, whether it’s choosing a career, starting a family, picking up a guitar chord, painting on a blank canvas, or scoring goals on the soccer pitch. These activities gives individual’s lives who engage in them purpose and fulfillment, which serve as the fuel that propels people onward. They serve as a reminder that maturing involves embracing the things that offer us happiness and contentment along the journey, in addition to figuring out how to navigate the jungle that is adulthood.
It’s crucial to take a moment to consider the experiences that have impacted who we are as we navigate the maze of growing up. Every victory and failure, every happy and unhappy moment adds to the fabric of our life, interlacing the strands that make up who we are.
