Sunsets are romantic, inspirational, and perfect for Instagram, but most of us just find time for them while we are on holiday. To enjoy the relaxing, breathtaking, and life-changing moments of a sunset, you do not have to be in an exotic location free of responsibilities. Every day, no matter where you are, the sun rises and sets. There is no excuse why you should not take a few minutes to add some magic to your day and enjoy it. Sunsets, according to research, have a variety of psychological impacts that improve long-term happiness with life, as well as physical benefits which have been shown to alleviate stress. But the next time you are having a bad day, take a trip to your favorite place and watch your fears vanish. There are many reasons why you should make time to admire the beauty of the sky.
The sun sets and rises at different times in different places. The hour when the sun sets, and rises is usually referred to as magic hour. It is not called magic hour for nothing. And if you have to return to the office afterward, taking a few minutes out of your day to enjoy any of the breath-taking moments of a sunset would be well worth it. Nature is a perfect source of nourishment for the spirit, and only 10 to 20 minutes of fresh air will leave you feeling revitalized and focused.
Sunsets and sunrises are so beautiful most times. Beauty adds meaning to life and makes it more enjoyable. It has been scientifically established that seeing the sunrise or sunset increases your gratitude for the world. When you are engrossed in the natural wonders of the Earth (such as a sunset), you lose track of time and become more satisfied and grateful for what is going on in front of you.
I have found that I still find time – intentionally or unintentionally – to catch a glimpse of the sunset and sunset. So, I wanted to photograph them and create a community of sky lovers on Instagram to share some of my priceless collection with. Follow me on my new Instagram page @beautifulskies5 to see beautiful pictures of sunsets and sunrise. You can also join the community by tagging me on your cute picture of the sky or by using hashtags #sunsets #sunrise #skylovers and your picture would be reposted on my page. I will never stop marvelling at the fact that no two sunsets are alike; each one is amazingly rare in its own way.
