There are amazing effects of exercising on the skin.
When we talk of exercise, any one of us understands that this is one of the essential “tasks” that are key to maintaining a healthy, stable, lifelike lifestyle. But along with that, you may not know that your skin is also affected significantly when the exercise is taking place every day.

For people who want to improve their health, want to own the waist and body tidy, toned, taking the time to exercise every day is almost impossible to mention.

Along with that, your skin will also receive certain benefits, combined with some bad effects that need attention.

Below are some of the amazing effects of exercising;

1. Exercise is the solution to skin aging.

In fact, skin care products are not the only solution that can bring you a youthful looking skin. According to a study conducted at McMaster University in Ontario, researchers found that those who exercised at least three hours per week had younger skin than those who exercised less than an hour, week, regardless of age here.

“When examined under the microscope, the skin of people who exercise regularly is about 20 years younger than normal,” says Dave Nava Greenfield, a dermatologist at New York’s Schweiger Skin Institute. ” The reason for this is that the body will work to produce a skin-tightening, wrinkle-free substance that will prevent the signs of aging for optimum results.

2. Exercise makes the skin more radiant.

This is because exercising can increase blood circulation throughout your body, including your skin. From here, the skin not only adds health but also brighter, radiant shine.

In fact, this mechanism is quite similar to the super-abrasive treatments for skin at beauty salons. Therefore, instead of spending money on spa treatments, you may want to consider making regular exercise plans today.

3. Exercise reduces the risk of Eczema and psoriasis.

When you are in constant stress, this will cause the adrenal glands to produce excessive amounts of cortisol – called stress hormones that cause inflammation to occur throughout the body. For skin, this will exacerbate some diseases like eczema, psoriasis and even acne. From here, exercise not only reduces the level of cortisol to repel stress is quite effective but its benefits far exceed that when helping you prevent these diseases.

4. Exercise boosts sleep patterns

Beauty sleep isn’t just a myth, it’s very real! Your skin, like almost every other part of your body, relies on you getting plenty of restful deep sleep each night so it can carry out some repair and maintenance work. If you’re not giving your skin the time it needs to get this essential work done, then it may result in skin that appears duller and is more susceptible to inflammation.

It’s also important to realise that sleep deprivation often has a knock-on effect on your mood and blood sugar levels. If you’re suffering from sleep deprivation, it can make you more prone to stress, which, as I’ve discussed, can be bad news for your complexion. Sleep deprivation can also influence your levels of the hormone ghrelin, the hunger hormone, making you crave more sugary, carb-heavy foods! Even though these hormones are rising, there are others that are actually lower and if you aren’t careful you may need treatment, but if you are already suffering from low hormones then you can get bioidentical hormone replacement therapy as an option.

Exercise though, helps to promote healthy sleep patterns in a number of ways – it lowers your stress levels, promotes healthy blood sugar levels and tires your body. All of these factors can make it that bit easier for you to nod off at night! Just make sure that you’re not exercising too close to your bedtime though – keep those gym sessions to during the day for the best results. 

5. Exercise increases the risk of sunburn.

Obviously, the benefits that exercise can bring to your skin is undeniable. However, along with that, the skin must also receive certain negative effects, especially to increase the risk of sunburn on the skin. So, if you do not want to be aging skin faster, the risk of skin cancer appear higher when the skin is exposed directly to the sun.

It is better to use sunscreen regularly before exercising. However, the practice of the body makes sweat more sweat, which reduces the use of cream that can bring. Therefore, it is better to find a product that is water resistant.

6. Exercise is also a cause of skin acne.

When it comes to acne, exercise is known as a double-edged sword. As mentioned above, exercise contributes to reducing cortisol (the hormone that stimulates the skin’s production of oil and inflammation, the main cause of acne). But with that, sweat secretion can cause clogging pores in the skin, creating conditions for acne to arise.

To limit this situation, the solution for you is simply to clean the skin immediately after the workout. In particular, make sure you have good glycolic acid or salicylic acid to protect your skin. In case you can not wash your face after exercise, remember to dry your skin carefully with a soft towel to keep your skin dry.

So you can see that exercising is not only good for your health but also has many different effects on your skin.

Therefore, work out and protect the skin properly to maintain youth as long as you can.

7. Sagging Of the skin

The best way to prevent this is to not overdo it. High impact and continued training can lead to sagging of the skin. One good example of this is the runners. Those long-distance runners who run kilometers. If we want to focus on sweating without the sagging, it is better to run on more shock-absorbing surfaces.
