According to time.com, there are two different versions of the Buffalo wings origin (which I choose to call chicken wings in this post) and both versions contain vital information about the origin of Buffalo wings.
It is said that the first plate of Buffalo wings was served in the year 1964 by the Bellissimos family at a family-owned establishment in Buffalo called the Anchor Bar. However, reviewed.com further explains this interesting origin;
A 1980 New Yorker article posited that a 1964 mis-delivery of chicken wings (instead backs and necks, for a pasta sauce) forced the Bellissimos to get creative with how to prepare the unexpected bounty. The result? Deep-frying and drenching them in hot sauce.
Coming from a Yoruba home in my country Nigeria, where spicy foods are inevitable and also being a chicken wings lover, finding a place close to my apartment where I could get delicious spicy chicken wings was quite difficult.
However, late last year, I was having a ‘chicken wings’ discussion with my friend, Blessing, who introduced me to a small Chinese & Thai takeaway on Clanbrassil Street upper, Dublin 8, Ireland called Ming Garden, where I could buy the best chicken wings she had tasted in Dublin and my life has never been the same since that day.

Anyway, here is my brief review of Ming Graden.
Ambience: Very simple, neat and comfortable chairs are available for customers waiting for their orders to be packed.

Service Delivery: The lady behind the counter is absolutely adorable. Also, preparation of my orders whenever I go there takes about 3 to 5 minutes.
Food Quality: I have not ordered for any other meal apart from their chicken wings with fried rice. However, I will give this a 9/10. Please don’t ask for the reason why -1 was removed. LOL

Price: Affordable! €6.80
Location: It is easily accessible, however, below is a google map direction that could help you locate the restaurant comfortably.
Finally, if you find yourself on Clanbrassil Street Upper, Dublin 8, craving chicken wings, please do not hesitate to stop by. You can also order online here and here.

Delicious menu at this restaurant. A must try..
This place has saved my life a couple of times. Their spicy wings are the best. Unfortunately, they are only open in the evenings.
Please bring my own to Lagos. Thank you in advance.
