Anyone who has been to college knows being a college student is not all fun and games. In College, there are lots of assignments, exams, and deadlines to meet. The Circular took an interest in how students deal with the stress of meeting deadlines and how they de-stress and relax after a long week at college. There are various websites and apps that instruct and help individuals on how to relax and de-stress. we at The Circular decided to get some first-hand information from Griffith College students on their self-care, relaxing and de-stressing routines and also their go-to apps which help them relax, laugh and enjoy their free time.
