So no one from Adidas read my last article obviously. The circular obviously doesn’t circulate in the circles I need it to.
To all those blissfully ignorant, Adidas have just dropped a new Predator, and my goodness, they are glorious.
Why must I fight consumerism? Why must my taste be so expensive? Why did I go back to college instead of staying in my job?
These bad boys cost €280. I am aware that is not reasonable. Who said I had to be reasonable? I want to fight whoever it was that said I had to be reasonable.
With the lowest of low keys, I think Adidas are building boots based off the Der Eisendrache bows. Walk with me here okay. They’ve already released their Equipment boots earlier this year, which have the same teal/aqua marine colour as the Wolf Bow.
And now that these boots have been released, you cannot tell me they’re not the spitting image of the Void Bow. You just can’t do it.
I’m onto you, Adidas. Mark my words, we’ll be seeing Kreema’ahm la Ahmahm and Kreeaho’ahm nal Ahmhogaroc in the next few months.
I know that you know that I know the truth about these new boots, but what the marketing says is that they’re a collaboration with Kaka. You remember Kaka? The guy who didn’t cut it back in 5-a-side.
Well he obviously didn’t need to. He didn’t need to make these boots either. But he did. For that, you’ll forever be in my heart, Kaka.
Now, to be honest, I have zero knowledge if Kaka did ANYTHING AT ALL in regards to designing these boots. But it doesn’t matter. They’re here, they’re beautiful, they’re expensive, they’re sold out.
Great… I guess I’m not getting them.
I have beaten you again, consumerism. Look how happy I am.
