Skin care refers to a collection of procedures that help to maintain the skin’s integrity, improve its appearance, and relieve skin conditions. Cosmetics, botulinum toxin, exfoliation, fillers, laser resurfacing, microdermabrasion, peels, retinol therapy, and ultrasonic skin care are all methods for improving appearance.
Skin care is an everyday practice. One can have the best makeup in the world, but it won’t look good if ones skin is not healthy. There are many ways to have healthy skin and below are few ways to have one.
Moisturizer: Applying a face moisturizer on a regular basis is one of the most important steps toward having good, radiant skin, regardless of the season, age, or skin type.
Toner: A toner is a quick-absorbing liquid that hydrates the skin while also helping to remove dead skin cells from the surface.
Sunscreen: Sunscreen should be applied at least 20 minutes before exposure and reapplied every four hours to protect the skin from sun damage. To ensure thorough coverage, apply sunscreen to all areas of the skin that will be exposed to sunlight, and apply at least a tablespoon (25 ml) to each limb, the face, chest, and back.
Mask: using face mask is very effective and there are several advantages of using them. Masks assist the skin in adjusting to the products that are being applied to it.
Cleanser: Cleansers are products that are used to remove dirt, oils, cosmetics, sunscreen, and dead skin cells from the skin.
Retinol: It’s used for very various things, but we’ll talk about the benefits for the face. it is also used to treat acne and acne scarring.
Face wash: face wash is seen as a foaming agent that is used to deeply clean the pores and remove all impurities on the face.
The options are limited but I like to use homegrown natural skincare brands from my country.
