An exhibition held every year around the outside of St Stephen’s Green. People’s Photography is a two-day event that gives amateur photographers a chance to display their works to the public. This even has been happening every year in August for about the last 30 years. The exhibition contains a wide selection of styles and themes. Many of the photographers use digital medium some use pure analogue (film) and some use a mix of both.
The exhibitors come from different photography clubs around the Dublin area including the Dublin camera club and the Clondalkin camera club and possibly the smallest photography club in Dublin. The Swan photography club has only 4 members most of whom can be found at the Swan every Thursday evening discussing Photography, among other things, over refreshments.

Show below is a selection of photographs by a member of The Swan photography club Jeff Maguire. the photographs were on display at the People’s Photography in August 2017.
