Martin McGuinness was a divisive man. To some he was a terrorist; to others, he was a freedom fighter and to many more, he was the architect of peace in Northern Ireland.
But one thing that cannot be argued, is that the Sinn Féin political leader and Northern Ireland Deputy First Minister had an enormous impact on the history of Ireland.
