It’s easy to forget that there are also 2,300 people living in the cultural quarter, with their windows overlooking Dublin’s most notorious pubs. Frank McDonald is the chairperson of the Temple Bar Residents’ Association, and he gave us an insight into what it’s like living here, and how he feels about his neighbourhood.
