One of the strengths of Dublin is that a few kilometers from the center, taking a bus or a train for a few stops, you can find yourself immersed in the green or on stunning cliffs in front of the sea.

Here are some tips about some of the most beautiful trips to do by the sea just a few minutes from Dublin in just one day.

Dublin Bay was this year named as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve for its biological diversity and flourishing habitats. Castles, cliffs, beaches and more are the protagonists of the coast of Dublin.

Howth, Malahide, Bray, Greystones are charming villages easily accessible with the Dart in less than 30 minutes from the city centre of Dublin (Connolly Station or Tara Station).

All these places are located on the east coast of Ireland, on the sea, reachable taking the Dart, a very characteristic green train starting From Connolly station or tara station and runs along the coast and for a few euros will take you to beautiful places that you would not expect so close to a capital city.
