TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is a worldwide arrangement of meetings keep running by the private non-benefit Sapling Foundation, under the trademark “Thoughts Worth Spreading”.

Established in 1984 as a coincidental event; the yearly gathering arrangement started in 1990. As a journalist, my love for putting pen to paper started early; I would draw caricatures  when I was younger and make-up stories behind my drawings. However, when I discovered my love for journalism, I realised that journalism is more than making up stories.

Nevertheless, TEDx Talks have interesting discussions that concern the journalism world and are thoughts worth spreading and will inspire journalists. For this post, I will be focusing on Investigative journalism, Photojournalism, Data journalism, Citizen journalism and Technology and social revolution.

Investigative Journalism
